No. In the CD you will be given the opportunity to imagine you are going through stages of childhood with a loving caregiver or parent who knows how to give you the words of encouragement that are appropriate for each stage of growth.
How often do you need to listen to "Words of Encouragement Everyone Needs" before you can benefit from it?
You can begin to incorporate into your life some of the affirmations you hear the first time you use the CD. But each time you listen, the words will have a cumulative effect.
