When I wrote this epilogue and a later one, it was my understanding that Dave knew what I had written (I had given him the manuscript). I was under the impression that he had agreed I could print it.

Today, August 3, 2007, I find that is not true. There are some statements I made that he feels might negatively impact his family and, therefore, I am taking the epilogue off the site. However, I will rewrite the epilogue after I am through with my second book, "Ask Yourself Questions and Change Your Life." My expectation is for early in September (but I've been overly optimistic before).
