Addicted to the Adrenaline of Doing Too Much

In today's busy world most of us have more on our plates than we can chew, or more on our calendar than we can accomplish with ease. Yet we can't seem to stop ourselves from adding more, all the time complaining that we're stressed from having too much to do. Hurrying from activity to activity, keeping our focus on our schedule with our Blackberries, email, and cell phone, we never quite find the time to explore whether all the things we're trying to do bring genuine satisfaction to our lives.

How can you learn to move and act more calmly if you are addicted to the adrenaline of doing too much?

Action Question: If you know that slowing down is good for you, when are you going to slow down?
