Introduction to Forgiveness
Discover how to remove the yoke of guilt, anger and blame you may be carrying
Learning how to forgive ourselves and others is the cornerstone of a balanced and peaceful life, as the articles in this section explore.
Frequently, however, it is not the unwillingness to forgive that is a stumbling block to change, but our misunderstanding of what forgiveness is all about. So if your heart has become burdened with anger and resentment about someone — especially if that someone is you — it's probably time you found a way to release the weight of anger and guilt you've been carrying. Then get on with your life. You have better things to do with your energy.
