Getting Well and Staying Well

Living Well Despite Illness

Discover how to have a more balanced life than you had before your illness, and expand your intention to live as well as you possibly can.

Often the unexpected consequence of having to deal with a disease opens a path not only to recovery, but also to a more balanced life than someone had before their diagnosis.

If you have a serious illness, you may have already noticed this as you have had to step back from the busy-ness of work and normal activities to focus on you and your disease. In finding ways to soothe your physical discomfort and pain, and in calming fears of what your illness means for the future, you may have decided to use this crisis as a catalyst for growth. Throughout Support4Change we offer many ways for you to expand on your intention to live as well as you possibly can.

If you would like to use imagery techniques for pain control and to reduce stress, you may want to check out our classes on guided imagery.
