Games and Other Fun to Reduce Computer Stress

Destroy your computer stress with these computer stress busters.

Consider the injustice of it all. You expect your computer to do all kinds of wonderful stuff — surfing through millions of websites or sending pictures of your cousin's wedding to a large and extended family — without giving it a break from such heavy labor. And no, shutting down the computer doesn't count! Your computer (and you) deserve a fun-filled vacation now and then or it (and you) are likely to get grumpy.

So in the interest of keeping computers (and their owners) happy, I've assembled a few pleasurable diversions your computers (and you) might enjoy. I've also added some cartoons I find clever. If you send us your idea for a caption, I'll publish it (provided it's clean enough, of course).

Some of these games and diversions are interactive and others are just fun to look at. Some will load quickly, but others that are done in Flash programs may be best if you have a fast connection to the Internet. Even if you have to take a few moments for a program to load, I think they've worth the effort ! ! !
