Surrounded By Color

Today's Take-a-Break

Pick your favorite color — one that makes you feel calm and happy. Imagine yourself completely surrounded by this color. Start by imagining a very small ball of this color glowing in the center of your body. With each breathe, imagine this ball of light growing larger and brighter. Continue as this ball expands to fill your entire body. Now, allow the light to continue expanding beyond your body to fill the entire room.

Notice how if feels to breathe in this color. Pay attention to the way your body feels as you completely surround yourself in this beautiful color. Now, gently open your eyes and notice how you feel... look around the room and see what you notice. Take a deep breathe and return to whatever you were doing, feeling more relaxed and calm.
