Originally we had planned to give you a list of tapes and videos we've discovered over the years. However, there are so many people who are now making tapes that it's hard to keep up. That's why we've decided to simply point you to three places that can get you started on finding the tapes that will be just right for you.

Academy for Guided Imagery

The Academy for Guided Imagery is a training program for professionals who wish to incorporate imagery techniques into their work. On the site you can only order tapes by the cofounders, Martin Rossman, M.D., and David Bresler, Ph.D. However, there is a printed catalog of tapes by many different guides that offers tapes and videos on a wide variety of topics.
