What is the World’s Greatest Challenge?
July 15, 2011
Of all the problems our world faces, what do you think is the greatest challenge?
Questions Worth Asking Yourself: #1
As you know if you’ve been reading the blog for awhile, I love to ask questions, particularly when the question may cause you to challenge some assumption you have accepted without giving it serious thought.
So today begins a category of blog posts I call Questions Worth Asking Yourself. You can answer the questions by adding a comment to the post. Or you could also just think about this today, or maybe ask someone else for their opinion.
What do you think is the greatest challenge the world faces today?
Why?
How would you solve the problem?
You will notice that I have added “why” to this question. That is because I believe it is important to not only know the answer you would give to a question, but the reason why you feel as you do.
WIN A PRINT BOOK: Anyone who sends me a comment about any of the questions will be entered into a drawing for a print copy of Ask Yourself Questions and Change Your Life: Stop Wishing Your Life Were Different and Make It Happen. That’s right, you’ll actually get a print copy, not an ebook (unless you would prefer that). So it may be worth your effort to consider these questions carefully and share your answer. CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED.

The greatest challenge the world faces today is a thought. Anything you can think will manifest. The world greatest thought is religion. Religion is the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, esp. a personal God or gods. Its separates the world depending on our beliefs and culture. Usually, we form opinions based upon what we were taught to believe. This question has no right or wrong answer and will differ from answer to answer. The greatest challenge the world faces is unknown. I do think if we can not be civil enough to understand each other then that will be the end of the world. With that said, I believe the worlds great challenge is to simply understand it.
